{"id":398,"date":"2020-11-02T17:28:33","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T17:28:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tcrcmwed.org\/?p=398"},"modified":"2020-11-02T17:28:34","modified_gmt":"2020-11-02T17:28:34","slug":"tcrc-mwed-final-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tcrcmwed.org\/2020\/11\/02\/tcrc-mwed-final-report\/","title":{"rendered":"TCRC MWED Final report"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tcrcmwed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/TCRC-MWED-2020-Final-Report-October-28-2020.docx\">Download the original document in PDF HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FINAL REPORT<\/strong><br>This is the final report of the Election Supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CERTIFIED FINAL RESULTS<\/strong><br>On October 26, 2020 Baker Tilly Ottawa LLP issued an&nbsp;<em><strong>Independent Auditor\u2019s Report on the 2020 Election of Officers of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference \u2013 Maintenance of Way Employees Division (TCRC-MWED).<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>The Auditor\u2019s Report certified the results of the election as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRESIDENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wade Phillips: 523 votes {Elected as National President}<\/strong><br><strong>Jesse Brehl: 186 votes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRAIRIE REGIONAL DIRECTOR:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ron Graham Bradley: 166 votes {Elected as Prairie Region Director}<\/strong><br><strong>Brennen Kopp: 72 votes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FINAL NOTES<\/strong><br>Baker Tilly Ottawa LLP\u2019s report indicated a total of seven hundred and twenty (720) ballots were received in total. Overall, one hundred and two (102) new or duplicate ballot packages were mailed after the initial mailing on September 11, 2020.
